PTA Shop
My name is Amy Lau and I run the school shop for you. The shop is conveniently located at the school and stocks all your child’s uniform and stationery needs. A list of our stock and prices is available in the document download section of the PTA web page. We understand that it’s difficult to find the right size sometimes – please see the bottom of the price lists for our Returns/Exchange Policy.
We are currently open at the following times during term:
- Mondays: closed
- Tuesdays: 8am-11am, 12pm-4pm
- Wednesdays: 8am-11am, 12pm-4pm
- Thursdays: 8am-11am, 12pm-4pm
- Fridays: closed
Look out for announcements giving extra opening hours during school events.
We encourage new parents to order uniforms before the start of the school year, in June. You will receive information about this closer to the time. We also like to see our students exercising their independence and buying what they need by themselves. Here are some tips for successful purchasing:
- Help your child to fill in the order form.
- Put the monies/ cheque in a sealed envelope. (Please make cheque payable to ‘QBS PTA LTD. SHOP’; write the child’s name, class and parents’ telephone no. on the back of the cheque).
- Have the child bring the envelope to the Shop before school or at break or lunch time.
- Remind the child to keep the receipt, change (if any), and the purchased items. It’s better not to open clothes packets until they get home, as we can only exchange perfect items in their original packaging.
Don’t forget to BYOB in order to promote a greener QBS.
