Parent Lunch | Parents are invited to an informal lunch with members of the Senior Management Team and teaching staff to discuss – anything! |
| Tuesday 11th Oct 2011 6-8pm |
New Parent Cocktails & AGM | The PTA hosts an hour of cocktails in order for new parents to meet the committee, teachers and each other. This is followed by the AGM, when the new committee is elected, the year’s financial statements are presented and we summarize the past year’s achievements and future endeavours. |

Fruity Friday | A new initiative. The PTA will sell pieces of fresh fruit to students during morning break in the playground. Volunteers needed to prepare and sell fruit. |
| Friday 28th Oct 2011 6-8pm |
Halloween Disco | An annual event, held from 6-8pm in the school gym and hall. Volunteers needed to decorate the areas and sell food and drink. |

Popcorn Sale | The PTA cooks and sells popcorn to students during morning break in the playground. Volunteers needed to cook and sell the popcorn. |

Popcorn Sale |
The PTA cooks and sells popcorn to students during morning break in the playground. Volunteers needed to cook and sell the popcorn.
The proceeds from this one will go to a charity in Sri Lanka which supports an orphanage there.

Christmas Fair | The PTA will organise a Christmas Fair with musical entertainment performed by the students. Commercial vendors will be present to sell Christmas goodies, food and drink. There will be a 2nd hand book stall & bake stall. Volunteers needed to decorate the school and pack hampers (for prizes), as well as to sell some food and drink. |

PTA Volunteers
We need volunteers to help prepare and sell popcorn and fresh fruit at morning break time, decorate the school for special events like Halloween and Christmas, sell food and man the bar at events, wrap and pack hampers for Christmas … Please complete this online form and we will contact you when any events that you have shown an interest in approaches.
